"The Birth*Day of Cthulhu" - a small game in which the player has to summon people and bring them to the marina.

Rules:
1) You can't shout at people who are standing alone (E on the keyboard).
2) If you whisper (Q on the keyboard) in a crowd, you will not be heard.

Hint:
If the Agitator (the man in white) bothers you a lot, try to appease him in Octobar.
